Terms

These terms cover your use of Kimi Desk at https://kimi.uwarp.design. Last updated 2026-09-25. By reading the site you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the site.

What the pages are

The guides are educational references written in plain language. They are not legal, financial, or technical advice, and they are not a substitute for Kimi's own help center. Plan prices, credit counts, and model names are facts as of the date on the page. Moonshot can change them. Office steps describe Microsoft, Adobe, and Google menus as documented on their help pages. Software menus change.

Independence and names

Kimi Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Moonshot AI, Microsoft, Adobe, Google, or the American Psychological Association. Names are used to identify a product or a search. Their trademarks remain theirs. Do not send a Kimi password or an API key to this site.

Your use of the text

You may link to any page. You may quote a short passage with a link to the source page. You may not copy a guide wholesale onto another site, and you may not present the site as an official Kimi or Moonshot property.

Ads and third parties

Pages may show Google ads and may load analytics, as described in the privacy policy. Outbound links leave this site. We are not responsible for those destinations.

The site is provided as available. We work to keep cited figures accurate, and we correct errors when we learn of them at uwarpdesign@gmail.com. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from a guide, including purchases, account changes, or files you export.
